Q. How often should I do speed training?

I suggest training two or three times a week for the best results. This gives your body enough time to rest and recover between the hard stuff. I believe consistency is key to teaching your brain how to move faster!

Q. Will lifting weights make me slower?

Nope! If I help you do it right, getting stronger actually makes you faster because you can push off the ground harder. My secret is to keep you flexible while we work on your form.

Q. When is the best time to start?

I believe athletes can start working on coordination and movement as early as eight years old! Starting young helps you build great habits early on. As you get older, I’ll make the workouts a bit more intense.

Q. How soon will I see results?

Q. Is agility the same thing as speed?
