As a former San Francisco 49er, I understand the time & dedication needed to be strong, fast and skilled.  The most complete Power, Strength and Conditioning, Speed & Agility, and Position Specific Skill training program in California. TP is a systematic, scientifically proven approach to sports performance enhancement. TP gives an aspiring athlete everything needed to compete at the highest level of athletic competition.
  •  2 Days per Week - 1 Hour Sessions 
  • 3 Days per Week - 1 Hour Sessions  
  • 4 Days per Week -  1 Hour Sessions
