THE PROGRAM Sports Training (TP) Get with THE PROGRAM! As a former San Francisco 49er I understand the time & dedication needed to be strong, fast and skilled.  The most complete Power, Strength and Conditioning, Speed & Agility, and Position Specific Skill training program in California. TP is a systematic, scientifically proven approach to sports performance enhancement. TP gives an aspiring athlete everything needed to compete at the highest level of athletic competition.

THE PROGRAM High School Preparation Program...

Just come any 3 or 4 days per week, Monday - Thursday, between  6:00 - 9:00 pm and Saturday at 9:00 a.m. 
Sessions last about 90 minutes.  Just show up and get your work in! We'll train hard for 4 weeks, and recover
for 1 week for the next 4 to 8 months. 

It's like University pick your time and come!
