Just come any 3 or 4 days per week, Monday - Thursday, between 6:00 - 9:00 pm and Saturday at 9:00 a.m.
Sessions last about 90 minutes. Just show up and get your work in! We'll train hard for 4 weeks, and recover
for 1 week for the next 4 to 8 months.
It's like University pick your time and come!
